A few weeks before his death Malcolm appeared on Canadian television to discuss his proposed solution for human beings who are offered no protection by their government.

The voting privileges granted by the political class during the civil rights movement have pacified nearly every American.  It’s a shame as to this day the very act of casting your ballot on meaningful issues is actively suppressed in the United States. 

 Here are 13 critical issues you are forbidden from voting on:

1. Which foreign lands the U.S. military should occupy
2. Taxpayer bailouts for the banks 
3. The definition of “torture”
4. Interest rates and monetary policy of the Federal Reserve
5. Military grade weapons supplied to your local police employees
6. TSA screening procedure at the airports
7. Nuclear weapons production, storage locations and usage
8. Number of field agents employed by the FBI
9. Medicare tax rates
10. The Supreme Court justices

Clearly citizens of the United States of America were never given the vote. 

It’s been five decades since the last voting rights movement in America and no one has thought to ask “On What are we getting the right to vote”?

Standing Up For Your Rights Is A Gift

Last week someone made a call complaining that two people were engaging in "lewd acts".  An employee of the Los Angeles Police Department showed up to the scene.  After questioning the female suspect the employee responded by handcuffing her.

Danielle Watts ended up in handcuffs because she refused to show her papers.

This week Watts was interviewed on CNN.  Here is a clip of the exchange...

Anchorwoman: 

Why wouldn't you just give them your ID?

Danielle Watts: 

"Because I believe in America and what it stands for.  I believe in freedom.  A country that calls itself the land of the free and home of the brave.  If I'm within my constitutional rights to say 'NO unless you are charging me with a crime, I will not be giving you my ID', that is a right that I stand up for".

Watts goes on to add that standing up for her rights "was a gift and a blessing".

Teachers Will Be Carrying Guns to School...

Add this to the long list of important civil rights issues that the U.S. is falling behind the rest of the world, the security of teachers and students in government detention centers schools.   Shooters may think twice before entering a school building in Thailand.  Here is the story about the recent fatal school shootings from the Bangkok Post:

"Over the past few months, teachers have been singled out for attacks by insurgents, with five teachers shot in less than a month, four of them fatally."

In response to this security breach in government schools the NSC responded, see this from the Post:

"National Security Council secretary-general Lt Gen Paradorn Patthanathabutr said the council could hand out bulletproof vests to teachers straight away.

Mr Sermsak added that each of the three southernmost provinces had been granted the authority to consider issuing gun licences to teachers so that they may legally carry them in public.

The strengthened security measures have improved morale among southern teachers, Mr Sermsak said."

Teachers the world over (especially those employed by the State) should follow in Thailand's footsteps and move to protect students in the classroom.
