The voting privileges granted by the political class during the civil rights movement have pacified nearly every American.  It’s a shame as to this day the very act of casting your ballot on meaningful issues is actively suppressed in the United States. 

 Here are 13 critical issues you are forbidden from voting on:

1. Which foreign lands the U.S. military should occupy
2. Taxpayer bailouts for the banks 
3. The definition of “torture”
4. Interest rates and monetary policy of the Federal Reserve
5. Military grade weapons supplied to your local police employees
6. TSA screening procedure at the airports
7. Nuclear weapons production, storage locations and usage
8. Number of field agents employed by the FBI
9. Medicare tax rates
10. The Supreme Court justices
11. Limits to NSA spying
12. Who is sentenced to death by drone strike
13. The enforcement of the “Bill of Rights”  

Clearly citizens of the United States of America were never given the vote. 

It’s been five decades since the last voting rights movement in America and no one has thought to ask “On What are we getting the right to vote”?

That's funny because voters were so disgusted by Perry's comments on Iraq that he lost all hope to become President.  Could you imagine America electing a President in 2012 who supported re-starting the failed invasion of Iraq?  That would be unthinkable!

Want More Jobs? Repeal Minimum Wage Statutes

Earlier this week 76% of Swiss voters opposed a nationwide minimum wage.  The proposal from union employees called for a 22 franc (nearly $25 US) mandatory hourly wage.

The vote displays the people's overwhelming support for unskilled and unemployed workers.  The primary reason that Switzerland has just a 3% unemployment rate is because employers are not limited to only employing workers who produce above an arbitrary line of value.

Thanks to the voters Swiss people are still free to negotiate employment contracts privately without interference from the state.  Employers are free to higher anyone they choose regardless of skill level.    

Economy minister Johann Schneider-Ammann summarized the election outcome by saying:

"If the initiative had been accepted, it would have led to workplace losses, especially in rural areas where less qualified people have a harder time finding jobs," he said. "The best remedy against poverty is work."

Did You Vote on the U.S. Invasion of Yemen?

U.S. Bombing of Southern Yemen (2013/Reuters)

U.S. military members described as "elite and clandestine" were involved in the killing of 65 people in Yemen last month.  This is in addition to the roughly 1,000 people the U.S. has bombed to death in the country since 2009*.

With the U.S. invasion of Yemen lasting six years you would think that the people paying for the war would at least be asked to vote on it.

Did you see a ballot initiative about funding the war in Yemen?

Has your Senator called you and asked your opinion about the matter?

Maybe there was a box on the IRS tax form that asked how much of your tax dollars should go toward funding the war against the people of Yemen.

Or maybe the politicians simply don't allow their subjects to vote on important matters like war and peace.

You Will be Moving Your Racket to Another City

The primary root of interference in the lives of people is in Washington D.C.  Instead of fixing the individual problems; corporate welfare, high taxes, laws curtailing civil liberties, etc. how about we simply address the problem of physical location.  Since The White House, U.S. Congress, U.S. Treasury and The Pentagon have been located in the same spot for two centuries it has been easy for the benefactors of government to camp out in one spot, K-Street.

Lobbyists may not be thrilled with the idea of moving the U.S. Capitol to Detroit, Louisville or Oakland but why should they have all the influence?  Moving the House of Representatives and Senate to a far away land would break up the top down power structure and allow people to have a little bit of influence on lawmakers.  As it is set-up now you must be in the Beltway to lobby Congress.  This implies that a maximum of 3% of U.S. citizens have access to their representatives.  At least a change of location every 5 years would ensure that a different 3% would have some input on These United States.

The New Capitol of Florida

If we can move the U.S. Capitol then why not move the state capitols?  Instead of Albany how about Buffalo?  Move the California Governor's Mansion from Sacramento to Long Beach.  Let's move the hangers on in Tallahassee out to Tampa.  Moving expenses would be paid by those who benefit most from The State (mainly big business).

Do We Even Need an Address?

Even better would be to have a virtual capitol.  This allows all 300,000,000 people in the U.S. to have equal access to policy makers.  In fact every adult with an internet connection should be able to vote directly on proposed legislation.

There is no need to have a ruling class of 535 politicians over 300 million people.  Capitol cities are a thing of the 19th century.  It's time for the people to move forward.  If we are going to pretend to have a democracy then everyone should be able to vote on any bill they choose.  The politicians will never have the will or foresight to make this happen.  Simply outgrow them.  We will all be better off having an equal voice.

The results of 50 state-wide Presidential preference polls taken November 6, 2012:  

None - 47%

Obama - 27%

Romney - 25%

Gary Johnson - 0.5%

Jill Stein - 0.2%

111,300,000 adults voted to eliminate the head of the Executive Branch.  That's more people than the population of France & Spain combined.   

The Regime's Mandate is Gone

The Republicans lost some ground as 47,000 fewer people voted for Romney in 2012 than did for McCain in 2008.  This ain't good but the picture is much worse for Democrats.  Obama actually lost 5,347,862 votes this time around.  

A sitting President has been rejected by 5 million people who supported him only four years ago yet the establishment has claimed that he will still be the Commander-In-Chief.  Obviously, the economic order (including the media) does not have your interests at heart.  If they did they would simply report the real results of the preference poll to their readers.  

How much could we get for this property?

A Vacant White House

The outcast media has a bias towards centralization of power in the hands of a few.  Whose hands?  Their hands of course but since "We the People" have not elected a President it should be crystal clear to Washington that they are not needed and in fact unwanted.  

The mandate from the people to The President is "Please vacate the White House premises.  We will take over from here.  Thank you."
